Regulatory Compliance: I understand the importance of risk mitigation in financial services. I’ve worked in environments where precision and accuracy in following AML, KYC, and internal policies are critical.
Payment Processing: From setting up direct debits to troubleshooting transaction issues, I’ve handled the daily realities of financial workflows with care and professionalism.

To deepen my expertise, I’m currently studying banking and mortgage broking, which is giving me stronger insight into credit, lending structures, and client advisory. This education is allowing me to connect my operational background to larger financial products and customer journeys.
