Water is respectfully sourced from a nearby underground cenote — one of the sacred freshwater reservoirs that lie beneath the Yucatán Peninsula — using methods that preserve and protect this vital resource. During construction, not a single tree was cut down. We worked around the existing flora, allowing the forest to guide the layout of our space. In areas that needed restoration, we replanted over 5,000 native trees, breathing life back into the land and strengthening the ecosystem for generations to come.
